The Registered User has a period of thirty days to proceed with the resolution, if he so chooses and decides, of his contractual declaration of purchase, without needing, for this purpose, to indicate any justifying reason.
The period of thirty days is counted from the date of receipt of the product by the Registered User, whenever the information obligations have been fulfilled.
The resolution of the contractual purchase declaration must be made by the consumer as a Registered User, preferably in writing, and can be sent by e-mail to help@zonpharma.com or sent by mail to the address ZonPharma - Rua Armando Pereira Anjos FA 279, 4600-069 Amarante.
The exercise of the right to withdraw from the contractual purchase declaration has the consequence that ZONPHARMA® is obliged to reimburse, within a maximum period of thirty days, counted from the receipt of the communication to formalize the withdrawal right, the amount paid by the Registered User to purchase the respective product.
It is up to the Registered User to bear the cost of return corresponding to the transport of the products or product he intends to return.
